- 115 ml of freshly brewed espresso
- 230 ml of whole milk
- 115 ml of milk foam

- Heat the milk in a pot over medium heat until it's hot. Do not let the milk boil.
- Meanwhile, prepare the espresso in your espresso machine or preferred brewing method.
- Use a milk frother to create the foam. Make sure the milk is hot before you start frothing it.
- If you don't have a frother, you can do it this way: put the milk in a jar with a lid or airtight container. Cover it well and shake it vigorously for 30 seconds to a minute, and you'll see how well it turns out.
- And if you prefer, you can also do it with a blender for 2 minutes, and your foam will look spectacular. Make sure the milk is hot and move the blender or mixer up and down to create bubbles.
- Divide the espresso between two cups.
- Add the hot milk to each cup, leaving a little space at the top for the milk foam. Pour it slowly so that the foam remains for the end.
- Using a spoon, place the milk foam on top of each cup.
- Finally, if you want, you can sprinkle it with ground cinnamon or cocoa powder. And if you like it with sugar or sweeteners, you can add them.
