El atole de guayaba<\/strong>, es una bebida muy f\u00e1cil de preparar, se requieren pocos ingredientes, es f\u00e1cil de hacer y su sabor es delicioso. \u00a1Va a encantar a todos!   • Guayabas - 600 gramos<\/li>
  • Agua - 1\/2 litro<\/li>
  • Az\u00facar - 1\/2 taza<\/li>
  • Leche - 1 y 1\/2 litros<\/li>
  • Az\u00facar - al gusto<\/li>
  • F\u00e9cula de ma\u00edz - 60 gramos<\/li>
  • Leche fr\u00eda - 1\/4 de taza<\/li><\/ul>

    C\u00f3mo hacer la receta de Atole de guayaba. Receta mexicana f\u00e1cil<\/h2>
    1. Comenzamos cortando las guayabas a la mitad.<\/li>
    2. En una olla a\u00f1adimos el agua e incorporamos las guayabas y el az\u00facar, posteriormente dejamos cocinar durante 15 minutos.<\/li>
    3. Transcurrido ese tiempo llevamos el contenido de la olla a la licuadora y despu\u00e9s colamos.<\/li>
    4. La mezcla que licuamos la mezclamos con la leche en la olla y dejamos hervir por 10 minutos.<\/li>
    5. Rectificamos el dulzor y reservamos.<\/li>
    6. En la leche fr\u00eda diluimos nuestra f\u00e9cula de ma\u00edz y la incorporamos a nuestra mezcla anterior.<\/li>
    7. Dejamos hervir durante 5 minutos o hasta que el atole quede espeso.<\/li><\/ol>
