Sin importar que sea temporada de fr\u00edo, lluvia o calor, un atole. Y qu\u00e9 mejor que aprovechar la fruta de temporada para disfrutar de una deliciosa bebida de la cocina mexicana<\/a>. Para la temporada de frutos rojos, podemos disfrutar de un atole de fresa y amaranto<\/strong> o un atole de ar\u00e1ndanos<\/a>. \u00a1Ambos son deliciosos!<\/p>\n

  • Leche - 1 litro<\/li>
  • Leche evaporada - 1 lata<\/li>
  • Leche condensada - 1 lata<\/li>
  • Agua - 2 tazas<\/li>
  • Fresas - 1 taza<\/li>
  • Amaranto - 3 cucharadas<\/li><\/ul>

    C\u00f3mo hacer la receta de Atole de fresa y amaranto. Receta f\u00e1cil<\/h2>
    1. Para comenzar, colocamos el agua en nuestro vaso de la licuadora, a\u00f1adimos las fresas y licuamos hasta que se integren.<\/li>
    2. Colocamos lo que acabamos de licuar en una olla. Lo dejamos a fuego medio mientras se espesa, posteriormente, retiramos y reservamos.<\/li>
    3. En la misma olla a\u00f1adimos la leche evaporada y la mitad de la leche entera. Dejamos cocinar.<\/li>
    4. Una vez que comience a hervir, agregamos la mezcla de las fresas y revolvemos para que se integre.<\/li>
    5. En el vaso de la licuadora a\u00f1adimos la otra mitad de la leche y el amaranto.<\/li>
    6. Cuando nuestra mezcla quede lista, la a\u00f1adimos al recipiente donde se encuentra nuestra leche con fresas.<\/li>
    7. Incorporamos la leche condensada y dejamos cocinando a fuego lento hasta que se espese un poco.<\/li>
    8. Servimos caliente.<\/li><\/ol>
