El ma\u00edz con el que se hacen las tradicionales tortillas mexicanas, con el nopal, el cual le a\u00f1ade fibra a este tipo alimento que acompa\u00f1a los cl\u00e1sicos platillos de la cocina mexicana<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Originalmente, las tortillas de ma\u00edz<\/a> son las cl\u00e1sicas, aunque en el norte de M\u00e9xico son las tortillas de harina<\/a>, Lo mejor de todo es que con este alimento se pueden preparar muchas recetas de tortillas<\/a>, desde chilaquiles, totopos, quesadillas, tostadas, tacos, etc.<\/p>\n

Gracias a las propiedas que se le adjudican al nopal se est\u00e1 incluyendo cada vez m\u00e1s en las comidas de M\u00e9xico, adem\u00e1s de ser un alimento econ\u00f3mico y muy nutritivo.<\/p>\n

Ingredientes para Tortillas de nopal. Receta mexicana f\u00e1cil para 9 personas 9 unidades<\/h2>
  • Agua - 1\/2 taza<\/li>
  • Nopales - 3 piezas grandes<\/li>
  • Espinaca - 1 manojo<\/li>
  • Masa de ma\u00edz - 1\/2 kilo<\/li>
  • Sal - 1 cucharadita<\/li><\/ul>

    C\u00f3mo hacer la receta de Tortillas de nopal. Receta mexicana f\u00e1cil<\/h2>
    1. Los nopales los cortamos en tiras.<\/li>
    2. Cuando est\u00e9n listos los a\u00f1adimos a nuestro vaso de licuadora, tambi\u00e9n agregamos el agua y las espinacas. <\/li>
    3. Poco a poco a\u00f1adimos lo que licuamos a nuestra masa y vamos moviendo hasta que quede suave, pero no demasiado aguada.<\/li>
    4. Agregamos la sal mientras continuamos moviendo. Rectificamos el sabor.<\/li>
    5. En una prensa o m\u00e1quina tortillera ponemos un pl\u00e1stico a cada cara.<\/li>
    6. Con la masa hacemos bolitas del tama\u00f1o de un lim\u00f3n.<\/li>
    7. Ponemos una bolita en medio del pl\u00e1stico, cerramos la prensa para que la masa se aplaste. <\/li>
    8. Quitamos la masa de la prensa y de los pl\u00e1sticos, ponemos la tortilla en un comal o sart\u00e9n a fuego medio.<\/li>
    9. Dejamos cocer nuestras tortillas durante 15 o 20 segundos del primer lado y posteriormente volteamos para dejar cocer por 45 o 50 segundos m\u00e1s. Pasado ese tiempo volvemos a dar vuelta hasta que se esponje o infle y retiramos del fuego y colocamos en servilleta de tela y\/o tortilleros.<\/li>
