La cocina mexicana<\/a>, adem\u00e1s de incluir los cl\u00e1sicos antojitos mexicanas tambi\u00e9n existen una amplia variedad de recetas de bebidas<\/a>, desde las que son calientes, las cl\u00e1sicas aguas frescas o las que incluyen alcohol. Dentro de la varieda de las aguas frescas, las cuales son fr\u00edas podemos encontrar un tipo de bebidas que pueden servirse tambi\u00e9n como postres. Se trata de los cl\u00e1sicos raspados o diablitos. El nombre cambia depende del lugar y\/o consistencia. Aqu\u00ed te tratemos la receta del raspado de tamarindo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Lo mejor de esta receta y en general de los diablitos o raspados, es que podemos hacer las recetas de bebidas de aguas frescas y lo que quede se congela para despu\u00e9s hacer un estilo frapeado. Como ocurre con el agua de jamaica<\/a> para hacer diablitos de jamaica<\/a> o con el agua de tamarindo<\/a> para hacer raspado de tamarindo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Ingredientes para Raspado de tamarindo. Receta sencilla para 4 personas<\/h2>
  • Hielos - 8 tazas<\/li>
  • Tamarindo - 200 gramos sin c\u00e1scara<\/li>
  • Agua - 2 tazas<\/li>
  • Az\u00facar - 1 taza<\/li>
  • Chamoy l\u00edquido - 1 taza<\/li>
  • Chile piqu\u00edn - 1\/2 taza<\/li>
  • Banderillas de tamarindo - 4 piezas<\/li>
  • Chile acidulce - 1\/2 taza<\/li>
  • Tamarindo con chile - 8 piezas<\/li><\/ul>

    C\u00f3mo hacer la receta de Raspado de tamarindo. Receta sencilla<\/h2>
    1. Colocamos el tamarindo pelado en una olla con suficiente agua. Dejamos cocinar hasta que el tamarindo quede suave.<\/li>
    2. Cuando est\u00e9 listo el tamarindo, retiramos del fuego, colamos y retiramos el hueso.<\/li>
    3. Regresamos nuestro tamarindo a la estufa. A\u00f1adimos el az\u00facar y media taza de agua.<\/li>
    4. Dejamos cocinar a fuego medio hasta que comience a espesar. Retiramos del fuego y dejamos enfriar.<\/li>
    5. En la licuadora trituramos un poco el hielo.<\/li>
    6. Colocamos nuestro chamoy y los chiles en platos extendidos y por separado.<\/li>
    7. Usamos 4 vasos y cada vaso lo escarchamos con el chamoy y los chiles en polvo.<\/li>
    8. Agregamos hielo triturado a cada vaso y vertimos un poco de nuestro jarabe de tamarindo que preparamos.<\/li>
    9. A\u00f1adimos m\u00e1s hielo y volvemos a colocar jarabe.<\/li>
