Ingredientes para Chilpachole de Camar\u00f3n. Receta mexicana para 4 personas<\/h2>
  • Chiles anchos - 5 piezas<\/li>
  • Jitomates - 2 piezas<\/li>
  • Ajo - 1 diente<\/li>
  • Cebolla - 1\/4 de pieza<\/li>
  • Consom\u00e9 de pollo - 2 cucharadas en polvo<\/li>
  • Aceite - 1\/4 de taza<\/li>
  • Consom\u00e9 de camar\u00f3n - 1 cucharada en polvo<\/li>
  • Pulpa de jaiba - 750 gramos<\/li>
  • Caldo de pescado - 1 litro<\/li>
  • Limones - al gusto<\/li>
  • Camar\u00f3n - 500 gramos<\/li>
  • Epazote - 1 rama<\/li><\/ul>

    C\u00f3mo hacer la receta de Chilpachole de Camar\u00f3n. Receta mexicana<\/h2>
    1. Les quitamos las venas y semillas a los chiles. Los asamos.<\/li>
    2. En el vaso de la licuadora colocamos el jitomate, los chiles, el ajo, el consom\u00e9, la cebolla y una taza de caldo de pescado. Licuamos todo para que se integre y reservamos.<\/li>
    3. En una olla grande, calentamos nuestro aceite y fre\u00edmos la salsa que licuamos.<\/li>
    4. Agregamos la pulpa de la jaiba, los camarones y dejamos cocinar a fuego bajo durante 5 minutos.<\/li>
    5. Agregamos el resto del caldo de pescado, la rama de epazote y rectificamos la saz\u00f3n con sal. Dejamos cocinar durante 10 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/li>
    6. Servimos nuestro chilpachole.<\/li><\/ol>
