Hello, Foodies! Today we want to teach you how to cook a delicious, nutritious, and healthy dish. Figs will be the main ingredient in this delicious warm salad. It's a tasty and very natural appetizer.

This is the case with this original pear and mushroom salad, with very few calories and a flavor that will surprise you.
For our salad today, we have selected figs because it is a fruit that has a lot of flavor and will provide us with great health benefits. Among its properties, they stand out for being a great source of fiber that will help us regulate our intestinal health and improve digestion. And also potassium, an essential mineral for the proper functioning of all cells, tissues, and organs.
On the other hand, the goat cheese will provide the salad with an exceptional flavor and make it even healthier. This type of cheese has a low-fat content and high levels of prebiotics that improve intestinal flora and the immune system. In addition to calcium, proteins, and vitamins.

Ingredients for Figs and Goat Cheese Salad for 2 people
- Figs - 8 units
- Tender shoots - 125 gr.
- Goat Cheese slices - 4 units
- Iberian ham - 2 slices
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 45 ml.
- Modena Vinegar - 30 ml.
- Chopped Walnuts - 20 gr.
How to make the recipe Figs and Goat Cheese Salad
- We start by cutting the figs and empty their contents into a bowl, using a spoon. Once we have all the fig flesh in the bowl, we will add a dash of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and another of Modena vinegar. Stir well to integrate them and create a thick sauce. Set it aside.
- In a frying pan, we will add a little oil and when it is hot we will mark the slices of goat cheese over high heat. We do it on both sides and when the cheese starts to melt, we will carefully remove them.
- To assemble the salad we will put in the chosen bowl, first the tender shoots. Then spread the thick fig sauce over the top and add the Iberian ham shavings. Carefully place the cheese slices and the bits of chopped walnuts on top. Finally, add a dash of Modena vinegar over our salad.
