How to make the recipe Grilled Zucchini
- First, cut both ends of the zucchini. Without peeling it, proceed to cut it into slices. Ideally, these should be approximately half a centimeter thick.
- Place them on a plate and sprinkle them with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. In addition, it would be advisable to brush each slice with a kitchen brush and olive oil to ensure that all will have oil on their surface.
- Then season the zucchini slices with pepper and salt to each one's taste on both sides.
- put the griddle or pan to heat and once it gets hot add the zucchini slices one by one.
- Once they are a little browned, turn them over and don't take long to remove them. The time will depend on the thickness of the zucchini and how much you like it more or less done and therefore juicy.
