How to make the recipe Mille-feuille and melon skewers with ham and mozzarella
- Mille-feuille
- First, we will cut the melon into thin rectangles, perfect for creating our mille-feuille.
- Then, we slice the mozzarella.
- And now, we can assemble our mille-feuille.
- First, we place the melon, then the mozzarella, the ham, and finally, the spinach leaves.
- And we will repeat this to assemble three complete layers.
- To make it hold well, we have stuck a skewer in the center, so it will surely not crumble.
- Finally, all that's left is to dress it, which we'll do with a little extra virgin olive oil, Modena balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Skewers
- To prepare this simple recipe, first, cut the melon into cubes.
- And then, we're going to assemble our skewers. We will place the melon at the base, then, we place the mozzarella balls, then, a bit of ham and, finally, we fold a bit of arugula, and skewer everything with a toothpick so that it does not overflow.
- Finally, all we have left is to dress it and we'll do it with a little extra virgin olive oil, Modena balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of pepper and salt.
