Hello Foodies! Today we are going to prepare: Puff Pastry with Asparagus and Baked Brie Cheese. This recipe will take you no more than 10 minutes to prepare and yet, it will impress everyone as it is not only pleasing to the eye, but it's also delicious!

Ingredients for Puff Pastry with Asparagus and Baked Brie Cheese for 2 people
- Brie - 2 slices
- Green Asparagus - 1 bunch of 15 pieces
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Thyme - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
How to make the recipe Puff Pastry with Asparagus and Baked Brie Cheese
- The first thing we will do is cut two slices of brie cheese.
- Then we cut the lower part of the asparagus. We season them with olive oil, salt, and pepper and distribute this seasoning well.
- Next, we beat an egg.
- Now, we divide the puff pastry into 4 and cut out only two squares, which are the ones we are going to use.
- We place the brie cheese on each of the puff pastry squares in an oblique manner. We also place the asparagus on top.
- Now, we fold over the puff pastry, as if hugging the asparagus.
- And finally, we paint the puff pastry with the beaten egg, so that after baking it has a golden color.
- Finally, we just have to put it in the oven for about 20 minutes. The oven should be preheated to 180° C or 350° F.
