How to make the recipe Serrano Ham Crisps
- We start by placing one of the kitchen paper sheets on a plate.

- We put it in the microwave for a minute and a half, at maximum power.
- If you don't have a microwave or if you prefer to make them in the oven, the procedure would be the same but you would have to use special oven paper and have it for 20 minutes at 356 degrees. And we have our crispy Serrano ham ready to include as a side dish in our dishes!
