- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, ground garlic and grated ginger until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat with a little sesame oil or vegetable oil. Add the tuna and cook for a minute on each side, or until golden on the outside but still raw on the inside.

Notes and Tips
There are some tips and tricks you can follow to prepare a perfect tuna poke bowl:
Customize it: You can add more vegetables like avocado, grated carrot or fruits to add more variety and texture to the dish and personalize it to your liking.
Use fresh tuna if possible: Fresh tuna has a more intense flavor and a softer texture than frozen tuna. However, if you don't have access to fresh tuna, make sure to defrost it properly before cooking it.
Marinate the tuna properly: The marinating time can vary depending on the type of tuna and your flavor preferences, but generally between 15 minutes and 1 hour is enough to flavor and soften the fish.
Don't overcook the tuna: The tuna should be cooked only on the outside, keeping its raw texture on the inside. If you cook it too much, it will become dry and hard to chew.
Play with sauces and seasonings: soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger are some of the traditional condiments used in the Poke Bowl, but you can also experiment with other sauces and seasonings to give your personal touch to the dish.
Serve the Poke Bowl cold or hot: Some people prefer to enjoy their Poke Bowl cold, while others prefer to warm it up slightly. Try both options and choose the one you prefer.
Tip: if you want to give the rice a crunchy touch, you can sauté it before mixing it with the tuna and vegetables.
We hope you love the world of Poke Bowl and try to customize it with what you like the most.
