Ingredients for Beef Broth for 2 people

How to make the recipe Beef Broth

  1. Start by cutting the onion into quarters, the garlic cloves into two halves, and the carrot into thick slices. Set it aside.
  2. In a large pot, place the beef and cover it with the liter of water. Add the onion, garlic cloves, carrot, and celery stalk. Bring it to a high heat and let it boil for 10 minutes
  3. After 10 minutes, reduce the heat to medium-low and remove the foam that has formed on the surface of the broth. Add the salt, pepper, and cumin. Let it cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
