This recipe for breaded zucchini is possibly one of the simplest that can be made with this vegetable; which can also be eaten raw, for example, in a carpaccio.

This recipe that we are presenting now is so easy to make that we can even invite the little ones to join us in the kitchen, as it will be very fun for them. Also, due to its mild flavor, this dish is liked by practically everyone.

Ingredients for Breaded Zucchini for 4 people

  • Zucchini- 1 unit
  • Eggs- 2 or 3 units
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Parsley
  • Olive oil

How to make the recipe Breaded Zucchini

  1. Wash the zucchini, remove the end, and cut it into thin slices. DO NOT PEEL IT Spread the zucchini slices and sprinkle a little salt on them.
  2. Beat the eggs, adding a little salt and parsley. Prepare a plate with flour and another with absorbent kitchen paper.
  3. Put a pan with plenty of oil on the heat. While it is heating up, start to bread the zucchini slices, first passing them through the flour and then through the egg.
  4. When the oil is hot, start frying the zucchini. When the slices are golden, remove them and put them on the absorbent paper. When you have finished with all...you have your delicious BREADED ZUCCHINI ready!

Notes and Tips

If you want to give it a different touch, you can try to add powdered garlic or very chopped garlic in the beaten egg. The zucchini slices should be very thin, without becoming transparent.
