This vitamin plays a crucial role in obtaining energy, improving the circulatory system, or controlling blood sugar levels. It also helps reduce blood cholesterol.

It also provides three times the requirements of vitamin B12, whose deficiency can lead to anemia, weakness, and fatigue in your body. It especially helps to give us energy and improve our mental agility and neuronal functioning.
